Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Treasures of the jungle"

“Treasures of the jungle” is an overgrown patch of rainforest where pink and amber blossoms glow among feathery leaves. The mood is one of humid shade and calm.

What the picture shows

The composition is built in tiers. Long pinnate leaves open at the top — turquoise, lime, cream, with crisp pale veins. Two pink panicles like hydrangeas sit at the centre, beside them a reddish-coral flower head and golden heliconia branches on the right. The lower tier is lush dark green foliage with yellow and ochre blooms, and tiny blue stars in the corner. Large banana leaves and forest shadows make up the background. The palette is warm: green in every shade, ochre, pink and peach. Coverage is partial but very dense: beads fill almost everything except the smooth leaves in the upper corners, which stay printed.
