Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "The charm of summer"

«The charm of summer» is a full cluster of pansies mixing lilac, blue and sunny yellow.

What the picture shows

Five open flowers fill the right of the canvas and reach into the centre. The upper petals are lilac and blue, the lower ones bright yellow with fine crimson rays spreading from the middle. Rounded dark green leaves and a small bud show between the blooms. A striped yellow and lilac butterfly sits at the upper left, above a handwritten English motto, «a kind word is like a spring day». A fine beaded border in green and lilac runs around the edge. The beadwork is partial: beads cover the flowers, leaves, butterfly and border, while the pale green-yellow watercolour ground and the lettering stay printed on the canvas.
