Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Renaissance"

“Renaissance” is a lavish still life: a heavy bouquet stands on a carved casket, with a hazy bay and sailing boats glowing behind it.

What the picture shows

The centre is a ceramic vase with a striped pattern in blue, ochre and lilac. Out of it rises a dense mass of flowers — pink peonies, white and cream asters, small golden clusters and lilac sprays that hang almost to the tabletop. Blossoms spill onto the table as well, where loose petals lie, and butterflies flit above them. On the left, masts of sailing boats and a low shoreline show through the haze; the sky is warm, almost pearly. Coverage is partial: the bouquet, the vase, the casket and the scattered flowers on the table are beaded, while the sea, sky, boats and textured tabletop stay as painted print.
