Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Pink lotus"

“Pink lotus” — one large pink flower opened across the full width of the canvas. A calm, focused piece with a single main subject.

What the picture shows

At the centre is an open bloom with many pointed petals, shading from deep crimson at the base to almost white at the tips. Above it stand unopened buds of the same pink, packed closely in a row, with a yellow-green heart showing between them. Narrow green leaves flank the flower, and another large leaf lies at the lower left. The background is dark, with deep greens and yellowish foliage at the top that sets off the pale bloom. The beadwork is partial: beads fill the central flower, the green leaves around it and some foliage below, while the buds above and the dark depth of the leaves stay printed on the canvas.
