Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Meadow flowers"

“Meadow flowers” is a generous, many-coloured bouquet in a dark round vase against a warm beige ground.

What the picture shows

The bouquet gathers many different flowers: pink petunias at the top, blue bellflowers and forget-me-nots on the left, yellow clusters in the centre, red lilies on the right and small white blooms below. Green foliage fills the gaps densely. The vase is round and dark blue-green with a cool highlight, and a few blue flowers have fallen from the bouquet onto the table beside it. The background is smooth beige-olive with no detail. The palette is the widest here — nineteen bead colours. Coverage is partial: the flowers, leaves and vase are worked in beads, while the background and the tabletop stay printed on the canvas. The bouquet is round and dense, filling almost the whole field of the picture, and it brings garden and meadow flowers together in one armful. The table is barely indicated, just a soft shadow under the vase.
