Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Love"

“Love” — the four large letters of the word LOVE, each painted over with flowers and leafy scrolls. The piece is light and decorative, in the spirit of an illustrated alphabet.

What the picture shows

The letters are set into the corners of the square. Top left is an L with blue and brown scrollwork and small blossoms; at the top right a large open daisy with pink-and-orange petals and a yellow centre takes the place of the round letter. Bottom left is a V that seems to sprout a bouquet: green foliage, crimson and yellow florets, blue bells. Bottom right is an E in warm beige-brown with floral tracery. The ground is cream, with painted leaves and flowers in pink, green and yellow around the edges. The fill is partial: beads cover the letters themselves with all their floral detail plus a few small droplets between them, while the cream ground with its painted border stays printed on the canvas.
