“Lighthouse” shows a lighthouse on a flowering headland, with a sandy beach, a chair and a seagull below.

What the picture shows

The lighthouse stands at the centre on a green rise: a pale stone tower with a gallery and a lamp room at the top, surrounded by cypresses and dense shrubs covered in red, pink and yellow flowers. On the right a wave with a white crest rolls onto the shore, and a sailing boat is visible on the horizon beyond. A high-backed wicker chair stands on the sand at the left, with a bucket of shells, a starfish and a few scattered shells beside it; a seagull walks to the right of the chair and more birds fly in the sky. The evening sky is filled with pink and lilac clouds. The beading is partial: beads cover the lighthouse, plants, chair, waves, gull and small details, while the sky and sand stay printed.
