Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Flower extravaganza"

“Flower extravaganza” — large cosmos blooms seen almost close up, in a pink and blue range. The piece looks fresh and watercolour-like.

What the picture shows

The canvas is filled with blossoms that run past the edges of the frame. The largest flowers are pale pink, with broad petals marked by fine lengthwise strokes and a dense yellow-ochre centre. Among them are blue and white flowers of the same shape, smaller and set slightly further back. Blurred lilac and pink clusters form a second plane at the top and right, and slender green and lime foliage pushes up at the lower right. The background is a soft blue-violet. The beadwork is partial: beads fill all the foreground flowers with their centres and the tuft of leaves below, while the soft-focus blooms behind and the blue ground stay printed on the canvas.
