What the picture shows

In the upper part a white sailing boat with a red and green hull rides blue waves drawn as rows of dots. A compass rose shaped like a flower sits at the top left, while houses with pink, yellow and white walls and a tower crowd a hill on the right. The lower half is filled with big decorative flowers: an orange spiral, a pink bloom with a blue centre, green leaves and shoots, and a butterfly flying past.
