Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "Breath of winds"

“Breath of winds” — a decorative still life: a white jug of round yellow blooms, with stems, leaves and fragments of painted ceramics scattered around it.

What the picture shows

At the centre stands a tall jug with a broad handle, worked in white, blue and grey beads so that an ornament reads across its side. Long stems fan out of it, carrying small yellow balls like mimosa heads and dark burgundy buds on thin twigs. To the left and right are rounded turquoise-blue leaves and a few more yellow heads; below, blue flowers and pieces of ceramic with blue painting lie scattered about. The upper background is grey-blue, like a windy sky, and the lower part is a brown patterned plane. Coverage is partial but dense: beads go onto all the objects and plants, while the grey sky and the patterned floor stay as print on the canvas. The shapes are simplified and almost flat, with no modelling of light and shade.
