“Blooming Park” — a path winding between flowering trees in spring. The mood is light and calm, like a warm late-April morning.

What the picture shows

At the centre stands a tree with a dense pink crown, with smaller trees in white and pale pink blossom beside it. On the left, young green foliage opens onto a strip of sky and distant hills; a low stone wall overgrown with grass runs along the path. A sandy dirt track leads into the depth of the park and separates two green slopes. The colours are soft: grass and emerald greens, several shades of pink, white blossom and pale blue sky. The beadwork is partial: beads fill the tree crowns, the white and pink blossom and the patches of grass in the foreground, while the path, the stone wall, the sky and the distance stay printed on the canvas.
