What the picture shows

The bowl of the glass is outlined in white pearl beads, while the stem and foot are set in amber and orange. The creamy drink inside stays printed, so the pearl outline reads as glass. A flower has opened on the rim: its petals are built from red and orange beads around a white centre, with a green leaf beside it. A wedge of pineapple lies to the right — the flesh in cream and amber beads, the crown in dark green. A golden chain of beads crosses the table below. Two vertical ribbons of amber flowers with red centres hang on the left. The cocktail's name is printed at the top inside a pearl and amber frame.
