Description

“Little monkey” shows a baby monkey in a red dress sitting among nursery things.

What the picture shows

The baby's head and body are outlined in dark brown beads, while the ears and paws are set in light golden-beige ones. The dress is red with white pearl polka dots and a white wavy trim along the hem; a red bow of two loops sits on the head. A blue teddy bear with a dummy sits on the floor to the left, a bottle of milk stands to the right — both stay printed. Red flowers, white pearl rings and a drawn bee are scattered across the top. A blue beaded band runs along the bottom, and under it a row of white daisies with red centres. The cream ground is left uncovered: the beads carry the outlines and the small accents, and the printed image holds the rest.
