Description

“Grapes” shows two bunches side by side — one deep purple, one pale green — with leaves and tendrils.

What the picture shows

Each grape is a single bead, purple or matte white, so the bunches come out noticeably raised, almost sculptural. The leaves and curling tendrils are made of green beads in two shades, with a brown stem above. The yellow-green background stays printed: the beads gather in dense clusters where the grapes are, leaving the space between the bunches open. With 295 beads this is the smallest count among the fruit designs in the batch, which is exactly why it stitches up fast. Because each grape is a single bead, keeping the rhythm is easy and it is almost impossible to go wrong. The green leaves with their tendrils add movement and keep the bunches from looking static.
