Bead Embroidery Magnet Kit "Gifts – 1"

“Gifts – 1” shows a white bear in a fluffy hat unwrapping a big yellow box while snow drifts down around it.

What the picture shows

The bear sits in the middle holding the box with both paws. Its hat is worked in white beads with a red band, the box is outlined in yellow and the edge of the lid is picked out with a row of red beads. A pink garland runs across the paws and another pink ring lies below. The background is blue with printed flecks of snow, and beaded snowflakes sit in the corners. The bear's muzzle, its pale fur and the blue sky stay printed on the canvas — on art canvas the beads do not cover the surface completely and work as accents. The composition is simple and symmetrical — the bear in the middle, the box below, snowflakes in the corners — so the eye reads the subject at once. The beads are large, so the work goes quickly even for a first-timer.
