Description

“Cuba Libre” shows a tall glass of a dark drink with a slice of lemon on the rim.

What the picture shows

The sides of the glass are outlined in dark brown beads, with a row of amber ones running along the rim. A slice of lemon rests on that rim: yellow beads give the flesh, white ones the peel and the segments. A second slice of the same kind is embroidered inside the glass, as if floating in the drink. A straw of white pearl beads sticks up out of it. A cinnamon stick lies along the table below, set in dark brown beads with an amber stripe. Three rings of amber beads hang on the left, and a vertical chain of beaded flowers runs down the right. The name of the cocktail is printed on a light band at the top, framed by rows of pearl and amber beads. The warm cream ground stays printed.
