Description

“Biker” shows a ginger cat in a bandana wheeling a motorcycle across a field of daisies.

What the picture shows

The cat stands at the handlebars and stays printed — ginger fur, a white bib, a red bandana with black spots. The motorcycle is beaded: a white and pale blue mudguard, a yellow tank, black wheels in glossy beads and silver handlebars that the cat holds with one paw. The meadow around is generously stitched: daisies with white petals and yellow centres, small yellow flowers and tall stems in two shades of green beads. The sky and the grey road behind stay printed. The grass is the most densely stitched area and takes most of the green beads in their two shades. The motorcycle is worked first, while the printed outlines are still clearly visible, and the daisies are added one at a time at the end.
