Abris Art in Handmade Seller Magazine: on the h+h americas show

Abris Art is featured in the new issue of Handmade Seller Magazine — a publication for people who work in the creative and handmade industry: manufacturers, shops, kit designers.

What the feature is about

The article «Sharing new and interesting features from h+h americas» covers the h+h americas show and the companies in the creative industry that presented their new lines there. It is one of the key trade events for the North American needlework market, where kit manufacturers, material suppliers, wholesale buyers and craft retail chains all meet.

Why it matters to us

A show at this level is not about advertising, it is about feedback. A few days on a stand produce more professional conversations than six months of correspondence: what an American shop is actually looking for, which packaging format works for them, which level of difficulty sells and which stays on the shelf.

For a manufacturer from Ukraine it is also a test of comparability. We work with the same materials as the leading global brands: Czech Preciosa beads, DMC floss, Zweigart fabric. What is left is the design and the way the kit is put together — and a trade stand is where that shows most clearly.

Abris Art in numbers

  • Over 3,500 kits for bead embroidery, cross stitch, jewellery making and painting by numbers.
  • Exports to more than 20 countries.
  • In-house production: from designing the chart to packing the kit.
  • Every kit is assembled and checked by hand.

What comes next

Being present in the trade press and at shows is part of the same work as releasing new series: keeping a Ukrainian needlework product visible on export markets. We publish news about new lines in the news section, our current range is in bead embroidery kits and thread embroidery kits, and the shops we already work with are listed on the partners page.
