Main Bead Embroidery Kit Gods' garden-3

“Gods' garden-3” is a narrow vertical panel shaped like an arch, with a flowering shrub on the terrace of an old park. It continues the same garden theme but carries more greenery and a warmer mood.

What the picture shows

Most of the arch is taken by a tall shrub growing out of a stone vase: orange, terracotta and ochre blooms, small white flowers and dense dark green foliage falling downwards in long shoots. At the lower left a branch with lilac and pink flowers stretches across, and a balustrade shows through between them. In the depth you can see stone steps, the reddish tiled roof of a small pavilion and the golden figure of a statue on a tall plinth. Above, a pale sky opens in patches of blue with tree crowns in the haze. The beads cover the flowers, the leaves, the vase, the railings and the pavilion roof; the sky, the far trees and the misty details stay as print on the canvas, so the stitched area looks dense and three-dimensional.
