Main Bead Embroidery Kit Good Morning!

“Good Morning!” shows two red-haired sisters holding jugs of milk, with a whole company of cats waiting patiently in front of them for breakfast. The subject is warm and a little humorous.

What the picture shows

The girls are dressed alike, in green long-sleeved dresses and white pinafores worked with a beaded pattern. Their long copper-red hair is caught by the wind and spreads in waves across the top of the picture. Six cats line up below — a grey one, a black-and-white one, two ginger tabbies, another grey and a narrow-eyed cat on the right; every one of them looks straight at the viewer. The cats’ coats are beaded in different shades, from ash grey and white through ginger to almost black. The background is pale yellow, with a decorative spiral sun in the upper left corner, a chain of bubble-like rings and two butterflies. Beads cover the dresses, the pinafores, the jugs, the cats’ fur and the decorative circles, while the girls’ faces and the soft background stay as print on the canvas.
