Main Bead Embroidery Kit Sunny etude – 2

“Sunny etude – 2” shows a branch of orchids in a dark boat-shaped planter against a pale, faintly patterned background. The piece is decorative and calm, built on a single curving line.

What the picture shows

The branch enters at the upper right, dips gently to the centre and leaves at the lower left, so a soft arc crosses the whole canvas. The flowers are cream and peach with crimson centres and yellow speckles, accompanied by tight rounded buds. The planter is dark brown, elongated, with a faint wood grain. The background is pale yellow with a fine plant ornament reminiscent of old wallpaper; a black wrought scroll sits in the upper left corner, and a dark decorative band with a small pattern runs along the bottom. Beadwork covers the flowers, the buds, the stem, the planter, the scroll and the lower band, while the background wallpaper stays as print on the canvas, so the orchids stand clearly forward. Each bloom uses only a few shades, from near white to warm peach, which makes the kit approachable for someone still getting used to bead embroidery.
